Terms of Service

Caddy Trips is an AI-assisted tool that helps you plan golf trips — generating suggested itineraries, courses, schedules, and estimated costs, and offering optional features to share and coordinate trips with others. The Service is an informational and planning aid only.

Trip plans, course details, pricing, availability, travel times, and other information are generated with the assistance of AI and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any generated content. You are responsible for independently verifying all details — including prices, availability, bookings, tee times, travel requirements, and course information — directly with the relevant providers before making any plans or payments.

Caddy Trips does not sell, provide, or book travel, accommodation, tee times, or any other goods or services, and is nota travel agent, tour operator, or seller. The Service may link to third-party providers (including via affiliate links). Any booking, purchase, or transaction you make is solely between you and that third party and is subject to the third party’s own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party products, services, prices, availability, cancellations, or any losses arising from them. We never hold or process your payments.

Some links on the Service are affiliate links. If you click them and make a purchase, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you.

You must provide accurate information and are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.

Some features let you create content and interact with others — including making trips joinable, sending join requests, and posting messages in group chats (“User Content”). You retain ownership of your User Content, and you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and use it as needed to operate the Service.

You agree not to:

• post unlawful, harmful, harassing, abusive, defamatory, or infringing content;
• spam other users or send unsolicited communications;
• impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation;
• attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, scrape, or gain unauthorized access to the Service;
• use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms, but we are not obligated to monitor User Content.

The Service — including its design, branding, text, and software (excluding User Content and third-party content) — is owned by Caddy Trips and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service without our permission.

The Service and all content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Caddy Trips and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Service or any third-party bookings.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Caddy Trips from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your User Content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.

We may modify or discontinue the Service, and we may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted with a new effective date; your continued use of the Service means you accept them.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
