Built by a golfer, for golfers.
Caddy Trips plans the kind of golf trip a knowledgeable friend would plan for you — except it does it in minutes, for free, and without anyone asking you to register.
★ Free · No signup to browse · You book directly with each course and hotel — we just plan the trip.
Why this exists
I spent a long time planning golf trips the old way: scrolling through a dozen tabs, calling resorts, comparing flight prices, second-guessing dates. The available tools were either generic travel sites that knew nothing about golf or boutique agencies that wanted to sell me a $5,000 package with a 40% markup. There was no honest, fast middle ground.
Caddy Trips is the middle ground. It uses an AI model tuned on golf-travel knowledge to take what you tell it — your departure city, what you like to play, your dates, your budget — and produce a full day-by-day itinerary in minutes. Real courses with real green fees. Real flights. Real hotels with three tiers (luxury, boutique, value). Restaurants, costs, tradeoffs, even alternate dates if they save you money.
I built it as one person on the side of a day job. It's not VC-funded. There is no sales team. The whole site is run on a single Vercel project and a Redis instance, which means every dollar of cost is mine — and so is every decision about what to build next. If you have feedback, the email link in the footer goes directly to me.
How it works
Most golf-trip planners make you wait a day for a phone call. We plan the whole trip in minutes — and we don't take a cent of the money you spend.
- Step 01Tell us your trip
Departure city, destination, dates or season, group size, budget, style. Takes about a minute to fill in — no signup, no callback.
- Step 02We plan the whole thing
Day-by-day itinerary in minutes: courses, flights, stays, restaurants, the total cost, plus practical tips and a sample alt date if it saves you money.
- Step 03You book directly
Every link is to the actual booking partner — Booking.com for hotels, GolfNow for tee times, Aviasales for flights. You handle the money, we just plan the trip.
How it's free
Every flight, hotel, and tee-time link on a generated trip points to an affiliate partner — Aviasales for flights, Booking.com for hotels, GolfNow for tee times, SafetyWing for travel insurance, DiscoverCars for rental cars. When you book through one of those links, the partner pays Caddy Trips a small commission (usually 2–4% of the booking) at no extra cost to you.
That's the entire business. We don't take any of your money directly. We don't hold travel inventory. We don't run a concierge that calls you back. We don't charge for AI generations. We don't sell your email or your data — and we never will. We're not a travel agency, and we're not trying to be.
The reason this matters: a traditional golf-trip planner has every incentive to push you toward the package with the best margin. Caddy Trips has none of those incentives. The itinerary you get is the one the AI thinks fits your inputs best — there's no upsell, there's nothing held back behind a sales call, and the honest tradeoffs ("this option saves $400 but adds a 6-hour drive") are part of every trip we generate.
What we're not
- A travel agency. We don't sell trips or take your payment.
- A package operator. We don't hold inventory or pre-buy rooms.
- A "concierge" that calls you back. The itinerary is on your screen in minutes.
- An accredited travel seller (no ATOL / ABTOT in the UK, no ASTA / IATA in the US). Read the affiliate booking partner's own terms before booking.
- A scraper. We don't fabricate reviews, ratings, or hotel descriptions.
